The Local Authority Score page carried its whole message inside a three-megabyte shell. Today it was rebuilt to load in a blink, preview cleanly in every ad, and speak to Google and the AI engines — without changing a single word a visitor reads.
Brief 012 pulled the first live thread into the cockpit. Today the attention turned to the front door — the LAS funnel itself — and made it technically excellent. A full multi-agent SEO audit scored the live page 38/100, and every point lost was plumbing, not persuasion: an empty page head, images pasted into the code, no forced HTTPS, a garbled title.
The fix shipped the same day, through Git, to production — and was verified live. index.html dropped from 3.12MB to 78KB, gained a complete search-and-social head, structured data, security headers, and a forced HTTPS redirect. The headline, the offer, the sixteen-question quiz, the design — all untouched. Visitors see the identical page; it simply loads faster, shares cleanly, and is finally legible to the systems that send traffic.
Current stage: the front door is now technically sound. Next comes making the funnel's own expertise visible, and building the brand presence that gets it cited.
index.html 3.12MB → 78KB (13 images extracted); full search + social head, Organization & Service schema, a 1200×630 share card, robots.txt / sitemap.xml / llms.txt, security headers, and the garbled title repaired. Merged as PR #2; the Cloudflare HTTPS redirect switched on.Nothing here changed what the funnel says. It changed how well the funnel is delivered — and delivery is where paid traffic quietly leaks. Four gains, all measured, all invisible to the visitor.
A 78KB page paints almost instantly on mobile — where the ad traffic lives. Faster paint means fewer bounces before the offer is even seen.
Links in ads and DMs now render a proper preview — image, headline, pitch — instead of a blank box. More clicks on spend already committed.
Forced HTTPS and security headers on a page that captures phone numbers — no "not secure" warning to kill the moment.
A real page head and structured data mean search and answer engines finally understand what AnchorWorks is and what the page offers.
The acquisition front door — the LAS funnel — is now fast, secure, and readable by the systems that send it traffic. The message and the machine behind it are both sound. The next stage lifts the ceiling: making the funnel's own expertise visible (a static content page, since the quiz's insight is currently locked inside code), and building the brand presence that gets AnchorWorks cited by AI answer engines.
UI/UX Pro Max (design) and Claude SEO (25 skills + 18 agents) — installed globally, now the standard on every AnchorWorks and DreamState website.
Technical, content/E-E-A-T, schema, AI-search, and visual agents ran in parallel against the live page. Two root causes: an empty head and inline images.
Merged to ethananchorworks/las and auto-deployed. The full fix-pack is archived at AnchorWorks/assets/funnel/las-fix-pack/.
