The executive summary.

Brief 012 pulled the first live thread into the cockpit. Today the attention turned to the front door — the LAS funnel itself — and made it technically excellent. A full multi-agent SEO audit scored the live page 38/100, and every point lost was plumbing, not persuasion: an empty page head, images pasted into the code, no forced HTTPS, a garbled title.

The fix shipped the same day, through Git, to production — and was verified live. index.html dropped from 3.12MB to 78KB, gained a complete search-and-social head, structured data, security headers, and a forced HTTPS redirect. The headline, the offer, the sixteen-question quiz, the design — all untouched. Visitors see the identical page; it simply loads faster, shares cleanly, and is finally legible to the systems that send traffic.

Change everything the machines read. Change nothing the human reads.

Current stage: the front door is now technically sound. Next comes making the funnel's own expertise visible, and building the brand presence that gets it cited.

What was decided.

  • Two skills become standard. A design engine (UI/UX Pro Max) and an SEO suite (Claude SEO) were installed globally — every AnchorWorks and DreamState website is now built and audited through them.

  • Technical only — never the message. The mandate was explicit: fix the plumbing, never the copy, offer, quiz, or design. The page a visitor reads is byte-for-byte the same words.

    locked
  • Ship through Git; a human merges. The fix went out as a reviewable pull request; the production deploy was a deliberate human click — the same discipline used on the cockpit.

  • Pull the images out of the code. 2.2MB of images were embedded as text inside the HTML; extracting them to real files was the single biggest speed lever.

  • Defer the off-page play. The biggest AI-visibility lever — a YouTube and Reddit brand presence — and a static content page were named and parked, not rushed.

What was done.

01Installed the standard design + SEO toolkit

The problemWebsites were being built and judged by feel, with no standing instrument for design quality or search readiness.
What was doneAdopt two reusable skills as the standard on every AnchorWorks and DreamState site — design and SEO, always on. UI/UX Pro Max (50+ styles, 161 palettes, layout blueprints) and Claude SEO (25 skills + 18 specialist agents, full-audit fan-out) installed globally on the machine. None. Both live and were exercised on the LAS funnel the same day.
The impactEvery future site starts from a design system and can be audited to a 0–100 score on demand — quality stops being a matter of taste.

02Audited the LAS funnel end to end

The problemThe funnel was live and running traffic, but no one had measured what search engines, ad platforms, and AI tools actually see when they look at it.
What was doneRun a full audit and let the evidence set priorities — before touching anything. Five specialist agents ran in parallel — technical, content, schema, AI-search, and visual. Verdict: 38/100, driven by two root causes — an empty page head and 2.2MB of inline images. None.
The impactA clear, ranked map of what was costing clicks and speed — and confirmation the copy and offer were not the problem.

03Shipped the fix to production via Git

The problemThe findings were only worth the deploy. And the deploy is instant and live — the funnel runs paid traffic.
What was doneApply every safe fix on a branch, open a pull request, and let the human merge — production stays a deliberate decision. index.html 3.12MB → 78KB (13 images extracted); full search + social head, Organization & Service schema, a 1200×630 share card, robots.txt / sitemap.xml / llms.txt, security headers, and the garbled title repaired. Merged as PR #2; the Cloudflare HTTPS redirect switched on. None outstanding. The one manual step — the HTTPS toggle — is done.
The impactVerified live: a page that loads in a blink, previews cleanly in ads and DMs, forces HTTPS, and reads as a real brand to Google and AI — with the message untouched.

04Why a tuned funnel earns.

What was doneNothing here changed what the funnel says. It changed how well the funnel is delivered — and delivery is where paid traffic quietly leaks. Four gains, all measured, all invisible to the visitor. Speed Loads in a blink A 78KB page paints almost instantly on mobile — where the ad traffic lives. Faster paint means fewer bounces before the offer is even seen. Signal Shares as a real card Links in ads and DMs now render a proper preview — image, headline, pitch — instead of a blank box. More clicks on spend already committed. Trust Always secure Forced HTTPS and security headers on a page that captures phone numbers — no "not secure" warning to kill the moment. Discoverability Legible to Google & AI A real page head and structured data mean search and answer engines finally understand what AnchorWorks is and what the page offers.

Brand corpus for AI citation (YouTube / Reddit)

Where we are.

Live capture

Decisions still required.

  • Publish the framework as a static content page. The sixteen questions and the revenue-engine logic live inside JavaScript — invisible to Google and AI. Surfacing them as real content is the one move that unlocks organic traffic and AI citation.
  • Stand up a brand corpus. A YouTube video on the LAS framework plus genuine Reddit presence — the strongest lever for getting AnchorWorks named by ChatGPT and Perplexity. Off-page, no code.
  • Add proof to the page. A founder credential, named client results, and testimonials — the trust signals a cold HVAC owner needs before handing over a phone number.
  • Roll the pass forward. Whether to run the same SEO treatment across the remaining AnchorWorks pages and sites now, or as each ships.

What comes next.

  1. 01
Publish the LAS framework as a static content page
Lift the quiz's expertise out of code so search and AI can read and cite it.
  2. 02
Launch a YouTube + Reddit presence
Build the brand corpus that AI answer engines actually draw from.
  3. 03
Add E-E-A-T proof to the funnel
Founder credential, named results, testimonials — trust before the phone number.
  4. 04
Apply the SEO pass to remaining AW pages
Same treatment, same discipline, across the rest of the footprint.
  5. 05
    Commission a purpose-built OG card + favicon
Finish the brand polish on share previews and browser tabs.
