Booking & Sign-Up, On Brand

Prepared by Chris Campbell AnchorWorks
The Briefing Room · 2026

The executive summary.

Everything below is already working on our staging site and ready for launch. In short — the experience a prospect has when they book a call or request a resource now looks like us, feels premium, and routes leads correctly.

What was done.

01Booking that looks like us.

What was doneWhen a prospect books a strategy session, they now do it in a calendar that matches our site — dark charcoal and gold — instead of an off-brand, generic widget. A consistent, premium first impression. A clear, customer-friendly name on the calendar. After booking, people land on our own confirmation page — not the old site. Before: generic blue & white widget → After: branded, professional booking A booking page is often a prospect's first real interaction. Now it reinforces the brand instead of breaking it.

02A sign-up form that feels on brand.

What was doneThe form people use to request our Market Report now matches the site and routes leads the right way. It looks like AnchorWorks No more jarring white box and generic blue button — the form matches our site, so it feels trustworthy and intentional. Leads go the right place After signing up, people are sent straight to our "Your report is on the way" page — a clean, on-brand finish. Before: white box, generic button, wrong redirect → After: on brand, leads routed correctly

03One click to sign up — no scrolling.

What was doneEvery "Get the Full Report" button now opens a polished pop-up form right where the visitor is — a smoother, more modern path that should help us capture more leads. A premium pop-up that matches our brand. The form sits cleanly inside — polished, not clunky. Tested so every button reliably opens it. Fewer clicks and less scrolling between "interested" and "signed up" — a friction-free path to more leads.

04Webinar sign-ups, same premium feel.

What was doneRegistration for our War Room webinar now uses the same branded pop-up — so the experience is consistent across every offer we put in front of prospects.

05Set up so it's easy to maintain.

What was doneA documented playbook We wrote down how everything was built and the pitfalls to avoid — so future changes are quick and consistent, not a guessing game. Nothing gets lost Every setting and design choice is recorded and backed up — easy to update, hard to lose, simple to hand off.

What comes next.

  1. 01
Brand the one remaining form (the privacy opt-out).
  2. 02
Final checks on the sign-up flows.
  3. 03
Flip everything from our staging site to the live domain at launch.
  4. 04
A future lead magnet (the HVAC Playbook) is ready to switch on when we want it.
